Hibachi Catering FAQs
What is the booking process?
Select the nearest location. Pick a date and time and fill up the form. You do not have to have headcount and protein orders when you book your reservation. Once you submit your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email from us, please check your spam folder too. If you do not receive the email and the reservation has been properly submitted, please contact us by email info@easyhibachi.com or text 602-767-2969 to check the reservation with your name and the date and time of the event you reserved. After your reservation has been successfully booked, you will receive automatic email from us a week before your event for the final headcount and protein orders, please do not forget to respond back to us. Once we receive your headcount and protein orders you are all set and our hibachi chef will see you on the day of the event.
How much does it cost?
Our service has a base price of $50 per person with a $500 minimum . Gratuity for the chef are not included. Suggested gratuity is 20% of total bill. Our services are cash only. There is no deposit required, all payments are due the day of the event.
What time will you expect the chef arrive?
The chef will arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to reservation time. Our set up process is seamless and only takes a few minutes.
Do you set up tables and chairs ?
No we do not provide tables and chairs. We provide the chef, grill, food, sake and the best unique experience! Customers need to provide utensils and table set ups. Please check out our Instagram @easy_hibachi to see the example how other customers set up. Feel free to contact us if you need help with the setup ideas.
Do you cook with nuts or sesame products?
No , our food does not contain any nuts or sesame products. Please notify the booking agent of any food allergy of a customer may have! Please contact us and let the chef know too.
Can you accommodate Gluten Free ?
Yes we have serviced many gluten free customers. We would ask that you bring your favorite gluten free soy sauce and teriyaki sauce for the chef to cook your portion separate !
Any option for non-meat consumer?
We have tofu option for Vegetarian and Vegan. The price will stay the same. We will supplement their dishes with additional food like extra veggies, salad, and noodles.
Can the customer provide their own proteins?
Sorry, we do not cook any protein or food provide by customers at this time.
